God is watching us! Part-2

Whenever you’re sad remember someone’s watching you who laughs when you laugh smiles when you smile and feels devastated when you feel sad and what to say about his mental condition when you are depressed. Remember he loves you so much that he keeps an eye on you even when you are asleep. I know he does all these things. He is God. You may call him by different names as per your ideology and religion.

When he created us all with nature and all other creatures; he had done so so that we can enjoy it all with each other. It was all like a game, he made us forget him; that he only had sent us all, that he had played a game that we have to find him without knowing that he only had sent us. It was the task of game that we should find him. He-known for his mischievous behaviour-however created some twists. He created some good things some bad. He created wealth fame fortune along with penury darkness and doom. He created some more illusion(with his maaya) and created bonds that are almost impossible to get rid of. He created parents friends husband wife children and so many other bonds.

But then something very saddening happened. These hurdles and illusion didnt remain just what they were meant for. They took some other shape. We all suddenly got so busy in all these illusions that we all forgot him. He kept on waiting for us to remember him from heart but he couldn’t find us. He kept on waiting but couldn’t see us returning home. He couldn’t see us realising what he had sent us here for. He couldn’t even call us back as that could’ve broken the rule that we have to be here according to our karmas.

Things then started assuming worst possible overtone. We humans started playing with the creation he had made with so much affection. We started annihilating not only what he had made with so much effort and love but we started subjugating other species weaker than us. And we still are sad.

We get affected from what not. Not getting good marks in school so attempting suicide, not getting good college hence weeping, not getting good lucrative job so getting depressed, lover is leaving us so devastated is our life, then not getting love is again a problem. Even if we get rid of all this then our children not getting good school is again a problem and this cycle keeps on going as it is going on since time immemorial.

Only he knows how many millions billions and trillions of years passed but we humans-no matter how boastful of our intelligence we are- couldn’t find our way back.
He’s still waiting. Not complaining not shouting not arguing not creating disturbance in the rules of game. But he is the one who created us from the part of his soul. His soul is connected with ours. He feels very sad when we cry and weeps for us. He smiles when we enjoy our life. He gets very disturbed when sees that we are upset because of someone our something. He feels helpless when he sees us doing things that keeps us under the illusion which doesn’t let us leave the circle of life and death.

So next time when you’re sad or you feel devastated remember someone is watching you feeling more mournful than you. When you do anything bad to anyone remember he’s feeling bad because he’s in every soul. And remember when you are happy next time, God is happier than you. So never be sad never retaliate negatively to hurt anyone.

Never hurt and destroy the other creations of God. And very importantly never be sad because problems are transient and work as a learning experience.

Nostalgia…..

Nostalgia is a gift. Memories are the best elements of our lives no matter what stage of life we are at, at present. Memories are the boxes or lanes in our minds in which we are never surrounded by despondency. No matter how good or bad the time was, memory of that time always turns out to be a tranquil one. That’s one point which makes memories the best part of our minds, our lives. In both the cases-good and bad-the memory that the time carves out is something that always makes us feel the present soothing. If the time was good it’s always soothing to think about it and cherish the memories germane to it. If present is as good or better comparatively,  then the memory will  make us feel good anyway. If present is gruesome,  then past happy memories can take us to that time and may give us a mollifying effect.

In another case, if past was bad and present good- then it’s good to see how far you’ve come along. If present is gruesome you can see that if you have come a long way; you can do it again. In all the cases memories never make us feel bad (of course there are exceptions).
It’s all about how we see life. But it’s also a fact that no matter how good memories are.. if we are given a chance, we wouldn’t like to go back in time no matter how morbid craving we have to live those days again. Ask yourself and you’d love to believe that life is easy today and this is what is best for you. The technology, the facilities, the relationships- everything that we’ve got today is destined to be with us.
So it’s good to cherish memories but it’s always better to accept and live happily with the present as it is because God and nature has  made it the way it is. Had it not been the case, we would always have the rewind buttons in our lives.
Have fun and be happy!!!

Social Media & Freedom of Speech!

Social media is probably the best gift we are bestowed with in the technological era we are living in. It enhances the communication with receivers sitting in any corner of the world around the globe. It has it pros but not all the boons come sans cons. Social media can be called as equally powerful in creating pandemonium and sometimes extremely hatred between users on social media platforms such as networking websites like Facebook.

Now the reason why I reckon so is some latest encounters I’ve had on the social networking platforms. One day, I was going through a post about a celebrity on Twitter and I witnessed people not making just fun of him but they also crossed the limits of being called as civilized by calling him a dog/kutta. Now the question emerges again that could they say the same to him had he been in front of them? No. Not at all. They would rather take his autograph. But…..
Similarly, on another day, one such post flashed on Facebook via a newspaper page which had some particular political news. In the comment section when I tried commenting something, I realized that that particular topic was nowhere in the comments of the users but all that I witnessed was mincing words about each other’s religion which went on to become abuse about the different faiths and God(who is known by different names). Now I wondered could it really take place had these people been in front of each other or was it just the leverage of social media that enables us to say whatever we wish to or to express ourselves the way we want to? Certainly not. They might not have used such terminology and would have shown some restraint and even respect for each others faith.
Now the question is that is it good that we are gifted with so much of freedom on digital platform?
Internet and social media is something which makes the flow of knowledge and education incessant; it is a tool which I believe is matchless when it comes to communication with the mass but the irony of it is that some “educated” beings completely negate it by their acts. In such practise they not only just make an environment unpleasant for others but fill themselves as well with the retaliation of same intensity by them.
But more than this is that we can not forget that they also generate and give wrong messages and show wrong picture of religion, harmony and above all humanity to the youth which is oblivious of the real world facts and believes very readily what goes through the internet and particularly social media platforms. “THIS” may result in huge turbulence and turmoil in the society in future with next generation which we might not see today and it might be suicidal for us only.
Now this WE or THEY whom I’ve been indicating and have held responsible for “misusing” the social media are not alien beings. It’s people like YOU and ME who do it. We under the umbrella of liberty- that nobody is physically present in front of us or nobody is our acquaintance or knows us- express ourselves the way we feel which is something we couldn’t or still can’t do in the absence of social media platforms.  To some extent such anonymous expression is good but using it to  degrade someone is definitely not.
Now it’s upto us as to how we want to use this powerful tool of technology and education.  Are we gonna use it to bring a positive change in the society with mutual respect for all the beings irrespective of their caste, religion, appearance, colour &c or we are just going to tell the flaws of others by completely nullifying ours. Decision is ours… because it’ SOCIAL  media not SUICIDAL media!!!
